About Us

Who Are We

MINZO is a 100% African-owned and operated initiative, driven by young Africans committed to transforming the continent’s narrative from dependency to self-reliance.

Our Mission

To create 150,000 good-paying jobs for young Africans over the next 10 years, focusing on sectors such as:

What We Do

Our 6-D Process

01.

Discover

Every successful IT solution begins with discovery. In this phase, we take the time to understand your business, challenges, and goals. Through deep consultation and research, we uncover key insights that shape the foundation for a tailored system that meets your exact needs.

02.

Define

Once we’ve discovered your needs, we move to the Define stage—where clarity meets strategy. Here, we outline the project scope, set clear objectives, and establish technical requirements. By defining expectations, timelines, and deliverables, we ensure everyone is aligned before development begins.

03.

Design

With clear goals defined, we move into the Design phase—where ideas take shape. Our team creates intuitive, user-focused system designs that blend functionality with innovation. Every design decision is made with your end users in mind, ensuring a seamless experience that supports your business objectives.

04.

Develop

In the Develop stage, we bring the design to life through clean, scalable, and secure code. Our developers build robust IT systems that are tested for performance, reliability, and flexibility. Whether it’s a custom application or an integrated platform, we ensure every solution is tailored to meet your business needs.

05.

Deploy

Once development is complete, we move to the Deploy phase—where your solution goes live. We ensure a smooth, secure launch with minimal disruption to your operations. From final testing to system integration and user training, we make sure everything is in place for a successful rollout.

06.

Deliver

In the final phase, we don’t just hand over a product—we deliver long-term value. We provide full documentation, post-launch support, and performance monitoring to ensure your IT system continues to meet your goals. Our commitment doesn’t end at deployment—it continues through ongoing improvement and client satisfaction.

Why Choose Us?

When You Think About Africa, What Comes to Mind? Is it poverty, unemployment, or underdevelopment?

Unfortunately, these challenges persist across the continent

Introducing MINZO: MINZO is a 100% African-owned and operated initiative, driven by young Africans committed to transforming the continent’s narrative from dependency to self-reliance

As of 2024, Sub-Saharan Africa accounts for 67% of the global population living in extreme poverty, despite comprising only 16% of the world’s population.

Poverty Thresholds: Approximately 85% of Africans live on less than $5.50 per day, highlighting widespread economic hardship across the continent.

Why Is This Matter

Across Africa, young innovators are already making strides: In Kenya, youth-led tech startups are addressing local challenges. In Nigeria, entrepreneurs are developing solutions to improve healthcare access. In Rwanda, initiatives are underway to enhance agricultural productivity. These examples demonstrate that with the right support, African youth can drive significant change.

How You Can Help?

Your contribution can make a tangible difference: If 1 million Africans and diaspora supporters each donate $5 monthly, we can fund training programs and job creation efforts that lift hundreds of thousands out of poverty. A Better Africa Is Within Reach By investing in our youth and fostering innovation, we can build a prosperous and self-reliant Africa. Join us, Support us, Believe in us, because changing Africa is not someone else’s job, it’s ours.
